Workshop

Hey guys...I haven't blogged in a while....sorry about that....Last week, I attended a private workshop in Washington, IL...at Jeff & Julia Woods studio, Portraitlife....  www.portraitlife.com   It was such an awesome experience to see and learn in....They are a very high-end, upscale urban contemporary portrait studio, for families, seniors, and wedding clients..I will be implementing several things I learned there and will start within the next few months here at my studio...I love learning from photographers that I admire in the business, and for me.....Jeff & Julia are the tops....love love love their work, their art and the comtemporary style the have....On the first day of class, we did some shooting with a couple also attending the workshop..my pant legs were wet about 4-6 inches up my legs..from shooting in the snow..but well worth it, cause the images are great....I learned some cool things here...like shooting in the cold outdoors in snow..I would have never done that before....or even tried to talk clients into going out in the snow...but they made it so much fun..and I love the images I took..shooting along with them....We also went into the studio for some shots too....here are a few of my images from the shoot...and I hope this gives you some ideas to use here at mgallery...even when it's cold and wet outside...talk with you soon..mark
